The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Great Lakes Observing System (GLOS) will be held April 6-7, 2009, at the University of Michigan Palmer Commons. Join us for an update on the State of GLOS, a discussion of GLOS objectives and priorities, project updates, and a members' forum. Special invited guests include Zdenka Willis, director of the NOAA Integrated Ocean Observing System Program Office. The Annual meeting will be followed by the GLOS Board of Directors' monthly meeting on the afternoon of April 7.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Four Points Sheraton, 3200 Boardwalk, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, (734) 996-0600. Please make sure to mention "GLOS" to guarantee the special group rate.

Parking: Visitor parking is available at the Palmer Dr. Structure ($.55/hour; follow visitor parking directions at the left side gate). If that parking structure is full, the next nearest campus parking structure is at Church and Forrest. Additional information on Central Campus parking can be found here.
